Exhaust: Standard except for a Peco BB2 back-box.
This back-box was later transfered to the Antibes
Brakes:Standard front and rear
Transmission: Standard 4 speed box!
Suspension: Totally standard 4X4 ride-height! It did have brand new front springs and shocks though, so it did handle suprisingly well!
Wheels and Tires: Cav 14" LXi-style alloys...they were actually the later type with different centre-caps, and came off of a late MKII Astra GTE Cabriolet.
175-65-14 tyres - Marongoni rotationals on the rear and Pirelli rotationals on the front
Bodywork: Two-tone painted body-work SR-style, using Hammer-finish Hamerite!
Standard side-rubbing strips retained
Early Corsa A GT lower front bumper (same as early Nova SR), from D reg (fitted to my Antibes and later with a seperate-grill design)
Nova GTE rear bumper lower spoiler...or "flick" (Also swapped to the Antibes)
Standard internal adjust mirrors
Colour coded Mirror housings and Door Handles.
Two-tone air-hones.
Original tailgate badges removed and replaced with custom-made aluminum-look stick on badges. Chrome "SL" badge made from parts from new-style chrome Vauxhall badges
Projector-Beam front Fog Lights fitted to front bumper but removed when I fitted the Corsa A GT lower valance (Swapped to the Antibes at a later date)
Tailgate painted Anthrasite between rear-lights, GTE-style
Interior: Original Cream seats, carpet and door-trims
Full door trims to cover paint, including rear 1/4 panels

SR front sports seats - old style Plaid type
GL 6-clock dash, including oil-pressure and battery voltage gauges. (Same as old SR clocks)
MKIII Cav Velour head-rests front and rear
Electric windows - MicroScan aftermarket 3-switch kit, with two door-mounted switches at driver's side and one at passenger's side. Mounted directly into the door cards. Illuminated switches (as transfered to my Antibes)
Cav LXi leather-covered steering wheel - same as MKII Astra GTE, but with the addition of leather
Aluminium/Carbon Fibre foot pedals (also swapped to my Antibes)
Black Leather Gear knob
Painted dash, as illustrated in interiour pics
ICE: Audioline manual-tune radio/cassette head-unit!!!
Goodman's shelf speakers on front parcel shelf under dash!!!
8" amplified Bass-tube in boot.
Didn't sound amazing.....no surprises there then!
Sold it with no ICE at all!
Security: None apart from a steering wheel lock and hand brake/gear lever lock!
Future Plans: The plan for the future was originally to get the Cortina back on the road and sell the Nova.
As is the whole point of NOVABUG, the bug struck, so I ended up keeping the Nova a lot longer than expected. The over-all condition of the car was never good enough for me though, so I ended up selling it to buy the Antibes which led on to the ownership of several Nova's and other Vauxhall's! Had I kept the car, who knows what I would have ended up doing....2.0 16v conversion? Who knows?
Thanks: Thanks to my mate Elden for supplying the LXi alloys, GTE rear "flick", SR seats, GL 6-clock dash, leather steering wheel and a few other odds and sods.
Cheers to my mate John for helping to fit a few bits that freezing winters day, along with Elden at Elden's house.....in less than an hour, it gained the alloys, seats and steering wheel!

These following pics show the car with all the mods removed, and is as it was before I sold it last year.
In two if the pics, the car is shown with the SR/GTE/GSi alloys that were on my Antibes when I bought it...they were on for a short time before re-fitting the original 13" steels
